Every plan starts with a walk around the property — together.

One crew that looks after the whole property.

Some people call us for a single spring cleanup. Many more keep us on for the year. We walk your land with you, make a plan for each season, and show up when the work needs doing — so the beds stay edged, the hedges stay shaped and the grounds never get away from you.

It suits busy households, second homes, rentals and estates, and anyone who’d rather spend the weekend enjoying the place than working on it.

Exact timing shifts with the weather — we work with it, not against it.

Cared for like it’s our own land.

Good land takes patience, the right timing and a little pride in the work. That’s what a farm teaches — and it’s how we treat every property we look after.

Our Story
i.

We learn your property

Where the beds are, what’s planted, how you like the hedges, which gate sticks. Every visit builds on the last.

ii.

Work done at the right time

Shrubs pruned when they’ll thank you for it, mulch laid when it does the most good. Timing is half the job.

iii.

Tidy work, tidy exit

Clippings and debris hauled away, walks blown clean, gates closed behind us. You’ll see the work, not the mess.

iv.

Straight, written quotes

You’ll know what we’re doing and what it costs before we start. No surprises on the invoice.

Simple as one, two, three.

1

Walk the property

Call or send a note. We’ll come out, walk the grounds with you and listen to what you’d like done.

2

Get a written plan

We put the work, the timing and the price on paper — a one-time job or a season-by-season plan.

3

We keep it beautiful

We show up on schedule, do the work properly and leave the place looking cared-for. Then we do it again next season.

“Fair price, written down up front, and they cleaned up better than we would have. The mulch beds still look fresh in August.”

Things people ask us

Do you do one-time cleanups, or only ongoing plans?

Both. Plenty of folks start with a single spring or fall cleanup. If you’d like us to keep things up from there, we’ll put together a seasonal plan that fits the property and your budget.

When is the best time to mulch?

Late spring, after the cleanup and once the soil has warmed, is ideal. We lay mulch two to three inches deep and keep it pulled back from trunks and stems — never the “mulch volcano” you see piled around some trees. A light top-up in fall is optional.

When should my shrubs be pruned?

It depends on the plant. Spring bloomers like lilac and forsythia are pruned right after they flower; summer bloomers and most hedges are best shaped in late winter or early summer. We time each plant so you don’t lose next year’s flowers.

Do you haul away the leaves and clippings?

Yes. Leaves, clippings, branches and old mulch leave with us — unless you’d rather keep them for your own compost pile.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in [Town], [State] and look after properties across [service area — e.g. the surrounding county]. Not sure if you’re in range? Just call.

Are you insured?

[Confirm with client — e.g. “Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate on request.”]
